to get some help. From your post, I'd guess that you are not mechanically inclined. These are complicated cars. Take it to a shop that knows Z32's, check it out on this site if you are in doubt. But to answer your question, exhaust and pop charger and no chip will not make the car run "rich or something", unless they are not installed properly, or something else happened during installation. If you give a good description of what is happening, and when it is happening, you may get someone to guide you in the right direction, but the learning curve is high. You will have to do a lot of searching and reading.
